Eucharistic Adoration
In the quiet of Eucharistic Adoration, we are invited to step away from the noise and busyness
of the world and spend time in the presence of Jesus Christ. It is a simple invitation: Come and
be with Him.
What Is Eucharistic Adoration?
Catholics believe that Christ is truly present in the Eucharist. At the consecration during Mass,
the bread and wine become the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Jesus Christ. The
Eucharist does not simply represent Christ or remind us of Christ.
The Eucharist is Christ.
During Eucharistic Adoration, the Blessed Sacrament is placed in a monstrance, the large,
golden, sun-like vessel used to display the Eucharist, and we are invited to spend time in His
presence.
Adoration is a face-to-face encounter with Jesus. It gives us an opportunity to step away from
the distractions and noise of everyday life and enter into a quiet space where we can pray,
listen, and open our hearts to Him.
Whether you spend your time in silent prayer, reading Scripture, giving thanks, bringing your
worries to the Lord, or simply sitting quietly in His presence, your time with Jesus matters.
Eucharistic Adoration can profoundly deepen our relationship with Christ. As our intimacy with
Him grows, He transforms our hearts, and through transformed hearts, He can transform our
families, our parish, our community, and even the whole world.
When Is Adoration?
We invite you to join us for Eucharistic Adoration at the following times:
● Wednesdays: After the 9:00 AM Mass until 12:00 PM
● Fridays: After the 9:00 AM Mass until 7:00 PM, before the Spanish Mass
Everyone is welcome to come and spend time with our Lord.
Our Vision: A Perpetual Adoration Chapel
Our hope is to establish a Perpetual Adoration Chapel where Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament
can be adored throughout the day and night.
A perpetual adoration chapel would provide our parish and community with a dedicated place of
prayer, a place where someone is always present before Jesus.
Through this effort, we hope to:
● Grow deeper in our love and devotion to Jesus in the Eucharist.
● Create a peaceful place where parishioners can pray at any time.
● Strengthen our parish through constant prayer and intercession.
● Invite more people to discover the beauty of Eucharistic Adoration.
● Pray for our families, our parish, our community, and the needs of the world.
● Build a lasting culture of Eucharistic devotion for generations to come.
A chapel of perpetual adoration begins with people willing to spend one hour with Jesus.
Sign Up for an Hour
Would you like to spend a dedicated hour with Jesus?
To sign up for an hour of Adoration on Fridays, simply call the church office. The staff will be
happy to direct you on how to sign up. You can also sign up on the Adoration sign-up trifold
near the entrance of the church.
Whether you are able to commit to a regular hour or simply want to come when you can, we
invite you to make time for the Lord.

appreciated. If you would like to make a donation toward establishing our Perpetual Adoration
Chapel, there are two simple ways to give:
● Give by envelope: Place your donation in an envelope clearly marked “Perpetual
Adoration” and place it in the collection.
● Give online: Visit our Online Donations page and select “Perpetual Adoration” in the
Fund section.
Every gift, large or small, helps bring us one step closer to creating a permanent place where
our parish can encounter Jesus in the Eucharist.

What Happens During Adoration?
There is no complicated formula for Adoration. You can simply come and be with Jesus.
You might:
● Sit quietly and listen.
● Pray the Rosary.
● Read Scripture.
● Bring your joys, struggles, and worries to the Lord.
● Give thanks for His blessings.
● Ask for His guidance.
● Pray for your family and loved ones.
● Intercede for those in need.
● Simply rest in His presence.
You don’t have to know exactly what to say. Just come.
